shana says: I just wanted to thank you for al your help and nutritional expertise. I have had two conscious cooking sessions with you, and I’m a changed woman! I have recently started to learn how to cook and your conscious cooking sessions have been extremely helpful. Now, I am not only able to cook but what I cook is healthy. My husband even asks me to make him that sauce you taught me. One thing I really loved about our session was that you took me to the grocery store and taught me about the labels and what to look for.
I can not wait for my next session– maybe we can cook the chili that you posted on your blog or even teach me how to make your amazing smoothies.
