Yoga brings peace to the mind and body. Along with yoga postures, we incorporate breath awareness & meditation. Yoga is simply good for the soul. We learn how to release stress, stretch our bodies and have fun all at the same time!
We will focus on your individual yoga practice with an emphasis on alignment. Depending on level, a complete and thorough class will be created. Students with aches, pains and disease are encouraged to try yoga for ease in the body.
All levels are welcome.
Please wear comfortable clothing to our session, bring an open mind and prepare yourself to feel your best.
