I just finished my AntiGravity® restorative yoga teacher training and I’m even more in love with this technique then ever before. Nyack, NY has something very, very special coming with our AntiGravity® restorative classes starting up at Soul Flyte in less then 2 weeks! What an incredible way to heal the body, find traction, rest, relaxation, breath and meditation. For those with belly issues – this technique is key for you!

Last night I took part in the promotional video that AntiGravity® is producing for the restorative technique and it was SO much fun! AntiGravity® is all around the globe – so I was in the video with a woman from Iceland, someone from Israel and also Romania! It feels really special that I can travel around the world and find an AntiGravity® studio and feel like I’m home. This community is continuing to grow, but the love and support from each person is truly palpable. I feel grateful and honored to be a part of it and I can’t even wait to share this technique with Nyack. We’re officially opening to the public on August 26th. Will I see you there??
