Love Over Fear

The negative stories we tell ourselves ring true and might even turn into disease.

What if you woke up every single morning and before you got out of bed said 3 positive words or phrases to yourself? I’ve realized that we become our thoughts. Even if you woke up this morning and you didn’t sleep well, you feel sick, and you aren’t excited for the day – I want you to come above those feelings of negativity and say 3 nice things to yourself.

An example might be: Today is going to be a good day. Repeat 3 times.

Fake it till ya make it honey.

Even if you don’t believe it because you feel shitty – say it anyway. The power of our thoughts is king. I’ve been doing this everyday for the past month now and I think it’s really helping! I feel better!

Another example of a phrase might be: Even though my belly hurts, I accept myself.

You get the idea? Whatever it is that’s going on in your world, make it positive and say it either out loud or loudly in your head.

We have the power over our thoughts. We can make ourselves feel better just by changing our thoughts. Try it. I dare you.
