I really enjoy taking Shira’s Yoga classes. She starts the class with a meditation. This is a great opportunity to break away from your busy day and prepare for your practice. During the practice she gives great instruction on form and sequence but allows you the opportunity to move within your own pace and with your own breath. I enjoy her classes. They are structured but still give you the opportunity to have your yoga practice be your own.
